ChainPeek is a pay-per-call, read-only EVM data API. Calling paid endpoints constitutes agreement to these terms.

• Reads only. This service does not take custody of keys, does not execute transfers, and does not give trading advice.
• Payment is USDC on Base via x402. Failed or unpaid calls are not billed. Settled calls are not refunded.
• Data comes from public RPC nodes and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for irreversible actions.
• No SLA. Availability may change. Abuse, scraping that bypasses payment, or illegal use is not allowed.
